Anna currently lives in New York City. She grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii and began painting as a way to create a window to the home she loved, even while away. Her whimsical paintings of flora and fauna are shaped by memory and longing, informed by her Orthodox Christian upbringing and a childhood steeped in wonder.
